How do I determine the right wetsuit size?
We recommend checking our detailed size chart which uses height, weight, and chest measurements. For the best performance, a wetsuit should fit like a second skin—tight enough to keep water out but flexible enough for full range of motion.
What is the warranty policy on Rip Curl watches?
All Rip Curl watches are covered by a limited warranty. Tide movements are covered for 5 years, while water resistance and general battery life are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for surfboards and large equipment?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to their size, surfboards require specialized handling and may take an additional 2 days for processing to ensure they are packed securely.
Can I return a wetsuit if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for wetsuits. The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and must not have been used in the water.
How should I care for my wetsuit to make it last longer?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every session, hang it to dry in the shade (never direct sunlight), and avoid using a standard wire hanger which can damage the neoprene shoulders.
